ROLE SUMMARY
HHuman Resources Officer provides administrative support to HR operations by maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews and onboarding activities, preparing HR documents, and responding to employee inquiries. The role ensures accurate documentation, supports day-to-day HR processes, and helps deliver a positive employee experience through efficient coordination and communication.

ROLE PROFILE

- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including document collection.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and employee data management.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee-related appointments.
- Prepare HR correspondence, letters, reports, and internal communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR contacts.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
- Support employee engagement activities and administrative HR initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
