Job Summary
This person should be able to handle small to medium project from Idea to Launch gate to meet process, food safety, food quality, hygienic, and regulatory requirement. In addition, this person should be able to support trouble shooting of existing process.
Job Description:
1.) Initiate process study work to support both NPD and improvement project in order to achieve food safety, food quality, regulation and project time line
2.) Handle project with small to medium size from idea to launch gate meeting safety, quality, hygienic, and regulatory requirement
3.) Develop process related document to support manufacturing site and 3rd party audit
4.) Act as technical resource for trouble shooting related to fix gap by minimizing business interruption
5.) Provide technical coaching to Executive level to build successor
6.) Other assignment
