Responsibilities:
- Implement a well-structured curriculum that adheres to the international standards and promotes active learning.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in the primary grades.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to inform instruction and support individual learning plans.
- Establish a positive classroom environment that encourages student interaction and participation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on student progress and involve them in the educational process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall school environment.
- Contribute to school events and extracurricular activities that enrich student experiences and build community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience in a primary teaching role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the varied needs of students.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
