About the role:
Talent Acquisition is your passion. You thrive on building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, partnering closely with both to attract and secure the best talent. As a trusted advisor, you guide candidates and hiring teams through every stage of the recruitment process, leveraging market insights, data, and candidate feedback to deliver a seamless and positive experience. You take a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and pipeline development, excelling in a fast-paced environment while anticipating future hiring needs.
In this role, you will:
- You will develop strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of their business priorities, talent needs, and long-term vision.
- You will act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor, using market intelligence, data, and candidate insights to promote hiring decisions and achieve successful outcomes.
- You will source, interview, assess, and present high-quality talent for open roles while partnering with hiring manages to identify candidates who will drive long-term business success.
- You efficiently fill critical and high-profile roles with top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- You will serve as an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to enhance recruiting outcomes across the business.
What you bring:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to use data.
- 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role, managing the recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Experience assessing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and service.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $80,553 to $90,000
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
