Join the British Council and play a key role in delivering high-quality exam services for institutional clients across university, professional, and assessment programmes. As a B2O Service Delivery Coordinator (Exams) , you will ensure the seamless planning and execution of exam delivery activities, coordinating registrations, scheduling, compliance checks, financial processes, and operational workflows to the highest standards.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and shared service teams, you will oversee critical delivery processes, monitor service quality, manage risks, and ensure full compliance with exam security, safeguarding, and awarding body requirements. You will act as the operational backbone of the service, ensuring exams are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual commitments.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in coordinating operational processes within a regulated environment such as exams, education, logistics, events, or professional services. You will bring strong stakeholder management skills, excellent process control, a commitment to quality and compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with workforce scheduling, invoicing, payment tracking, and working with shared service teams will be advantageous.

Essential requirements: Degree or equivalent experience, strong organisational and process management skills, experience coordinating regulated service delivery, stakeholder coordination, compliance management, and proficiency in written and spoken English.

Desirable: Experience in exams or education operations, shared services environments, financial workflow administration, SAP knowledge, and Lean Six Sigma certification.
