Finance Support Officer

We are looking for a reliable Finance Support Officer   to support in implementing the needed control over our commercial & Operation activities' and how it will affect our financials . In this role, you will give all the needed support to the commercial & operation team.

Responsibilities:

- Handle calls, emails and WhatsApp chat related to the stores.

- Provide support services for the commercial team.

- Compile financial data from internal portals i.e. statement of accounts, credit note, debit note.

- Front-line Support for Accounts, fixing/resolving/responding to Cases as knowledge & experience allows

- Raising cases to Account Managers and Finance department

- Maintenance of Account reports & company dashboards

- Extracting data from internal tools and systems in order to convert them into structured reports

- Making sure all activities are being properly documented

- Provide assistance for merchants account statuses and other relevant problems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in management, accounting or relevant field

- Basic knowledge in finance

- Excellent knowledge in MS Office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented

- Problem solving skills and analytical skills

- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Extensive, accurate product knowledge

- Fluent in English , Arabic and Kurdish
