CRM Data Specialist

REQUIREMENTS

- 2-3+ years of experience in the same or similar job, key activities and responsibilities
- Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience in working with big data sets (SQL knowledge and knowledge of statistical and business intelligence tools for data analysis)
- Great analytical skills and experience with reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain and troubleshoot the CRM Salesforce platform, ensuring accessibility and usability for users of all technical levels
- Configure and manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and workflows, staying current on new platform capabilities
- Support Customer Care with user incidents and oversee integrated applications and third-party suppliers
- Coordinate Salesforce-related projects and customer data lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery and escalating deviations
- Act as key point of contact between internal teams and our external Salesforce agency, aligning priorities and overseeing delivery of agreed solutions
- Identify and drive Salesforce/CRM process improvements with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure data quality to support business processes and accurate reporting (lead ownership, data standardization, field completion)
- Write and debug SQL queries for analytics, automations, and database segmentation
- Manage data import/export and analyze the existing Salesforce client base in line with Business and CRM strategy
- Support maintenance of paid subscription services, including reporting and monitoring of key metrics and billing
- All other activities as requested by the Supervisor, in line with job position requirements.
