Basic Qualifications:
- An application must include a resume and at least two professional references for review and consideration.
- This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- This position requires a minimum of 2 years of continuous work experience. Recent high school or college graduates without prior work experience must provide a letter of recommendation.
- Availability for all shifts (including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shift) is necessary. The ability to work overtime and weekends is required as schedules may vary based on operational needs; flexibility is essential.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Burr guns, belt sanders, visual tools, and dimensional gauges, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Ultrasonic gauges (UT), 3D inspection using white or blue light scanning technology, and hand-held measuring devices to include feeler gauges or pincher gauges.
