Showroom Manager – Outdoor Furniture
We’re seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager to drive showroom excellence at our Orlando Showroom . A high‑visibility role for a leader ready to elevate a challenging showroom, build momentum, and grow a winning sales team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team
- Strengthen customer experience and showroom presentation
- Drive revenue through coaching, merchandising, and KPI execution
- Build local business relationships and commercial sales opportunities
- Maintain smooth, compliant daily operations
Compensation & Schedule:
- Guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months
- Then transition to: Base + Commission + Overrides + Incentives + Bonuses
- Predictable retail hours, no overnights , and minimal admin work
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leader in premium or service‑focused retail
- Strong sales coach with consistent KPI results
- Weekend availability and occasional events in Largo, FL
- Hands‑on, driven, and ready to build a strong team
