We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join our Vietnam Finance team in HCMC. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in accounting and finance, put your academic knowledge into practice, and learn from experienced Finance professionals, while also contributing to a range of day-to-day finance activities, particularly during the busy audit period.

Job Description

- Assist with accounts payable: verify invoices match with purchase orders and prepare list payment requests.
- Support accounts receivable: draft issue invoices
- Assist in fixed asset registration, depreciation calculation.
- Collect and organize tax-related documents and invoices.
- Support tax compliance activities and monthly/quarterly tax declarations.
- Support tax audits by preparing requested documents and schedules.
- File accounting/finance records (physical & digital)
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Third-year or final-year university/college students majoring in Accounting or Auditing.
- English communication skills, particularly in reading and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, careful, and honest, with the ability to adapt to change.
- Logical thinking, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
