About this role

The Opportunity

Shape the future of preventative medicine and drive the next era of metabolic care as our Clinical Lead - Weight Loss/Do Health.

In this high-impact, non-consulting role, you will bridge the gap between clinical excellence, product innovation, and operational scale across two pioneering brands: Voy Weight Loss (cutting-edge, medicated weight management) and Do Health (advanced biomarker testing, longitudinal health data, and behavioural science).

You will own end-to-end clinical strategy across both platforms—taking ambitious propositions from early evidence assessment directly to scale. Blending medical rigor with cross-functional execution, you will design bulletproof patient journeys, establish clinical safeguards, and collaborate directly with product, engineering, and ops teams. If you are a doctor looking to expand your footprint beyond 1:1 patient care and become a key authority in metabolic health scale-ups, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

- Work across two main functions. Apply clinical rationale to both GLP1 prescribing at scale and a biomarker-led lifestyle product.

- Assess propositions and clinical product changes. Review the evidence, regulation and data. Set eligibility, exclusions and safeguards.

- Design the end-to-end patient journey. Write the product requirements, decision logic, workflows, protocols and communications.

- Work with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Operations and Quality & Risk throughout implementation.

- Define the clinical, safety and operational measures for each launch.

- Present decisions in plain language. Challenge proposals that lack evidence, a clear clinical purpose or a safe way to deliver them.

Who you are

Essential

- MBBS or equivalent medical degree. Current GMC registration. A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.

- Experience in analytical problem solving. This may come from consulting, strategy, operations, product, research, service improvement or equivalent work.

- Exceptional reasoning. You can define an ambiguous problem, identify the evidence that matters and choose a defensible course of action.

- Clear, concise writing and verbal communication.

- Speed and adaptability. You can work with incomplete information and change course when the facts change.

- Strong quantitative judgement. You have worked directly with data and statistics.

Desirable

- Experience building a clinical or regulated product, proposition or operation.

- Experience in medicated weight management, preventative health, diagnostics or blood testing.

- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

- Experience using AI tools for research or data analysis.

Please note, this is a full time role and requires hybrid working, with three days per week in person at our London HQ, near London Bridge.
