You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As Team Leader Partnered Recovery Physical Injury, you will lead a team of Recovery Partners who support clients with complex and intensive physical injury recovery needs. You will create an environment where people can thrive, providing coaching, mentoring and leadership that enables your team to deliver proactive, tailored and effective recovery services. The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 - $142,993 based on experience. About you | Mōu You will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a customer service, operational, rehabilitation, health or service delivery environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop individuals and teams to achieve performance and quality outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision making and continuous improvement
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups
- Resilience, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
- A collaborative leadership style that fosters engagement, accountability and inclusion
- Understanding of disability principles and person-centred approaches would be advantageous
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
