Level 3 technicians act as subject matter experts, lead projects, and provide escalation support for critical issues.

This is a senior technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex telecommunications systems across enterprise environments. This position requires advanced expertise in voice and data communications, network infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Level 3 technicians act as subject matter experts, lead projects, and provide escalation support for critical issues.

• Handle escalations and resolve service interruptions across multiple sites and data centers.

• Collaborate with telecom carriers and vendors to optimize solutions and troubleshoot data circuits.

• Develop and maintain network and telecom infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VoIP, and cloud-based systems.

• Lead VoIP network design teams, capacity planning, and special projects for new technologies.

• Provide 24/7 operational support during builds, upgrades, and critical incidents.

Education - Required

• High School Diploma/GED

Education - Preferred

• Associate’s Degree

Experience - Required

• 5 years related work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Required

• Hands-on experience with network management and monitoring tools.

• Expertise in architecture design for LAN/WAN and VoIP networks.

• Strong knowledge of IP infrastructure specific to VoIP across on-premises and cloud environments

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior technicians

Salary Range
$29.78 to $42.45 Hourly
The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.

Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent)), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.)
