We’re also proud to support the Reece Foundation, an independent charity working with volunteer tradies and community partners to improve access to clean water and sanitation in communities that need it most.

We’re looking for a Social Impact Manager to help grow the connection between the Reece Foundation and the Reece business. In this role, you’ll bring together people, partners and practical ideas to create meaningful community impact — from supporting projects and partnerships through to sharing stories that help more people understand and get involved in the Foundation’s work.

About the role

As Social Impact Manager, you’ll work closely with the Reece Foundation, our Global Comms & Brand team and stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships and support the delivery of community-led projects. You’ll help embed the Foundation into the way Reece works, using our network, capability and reach to support its mission.

Key responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers and community partners.

- Identify and support project, grant and partnership opportunities through the Reece network.

- Create and manage content for Reece Foundation channels, helping tell clear and compelling stories of impact.

- Support governance, reporting and contractual obligations across social impact partnerships.

- Work with teams across Reece to support disaster relief, workplace giving, RAP goals and trade-focused community partnerships.

About you

- You have experience in ESG, social impact, partnerships, community development or a similar area.

- You’re a confident communicator who can adapt your style and influence a broad range of stakeholders.

- You’re organised, proactive and comfortable leading projects independently.

- You bring curiosity, creativity and a practical mindset to solving problems.

- You care about doing meaningful work and creating outcomes that last.
