Post Graduate Certificate- Emergency Nursing
We are excited to advertise positions for the 2027 Postgraduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing . This is a leading regional opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge and nursing skills through our partnership with Federation University .
With the potential availability of rotations through both our Emergency Departments and Critical Care Unit, participants have a unique opportunity to develop and consolidate a broad range of skills across diverse clinical environments. To support your learning and development, your studies will be guided by a dedicated team of Clinical Nurse Educators and complemented by a range of tutorials and study days conducted throughout the year.
The combined presentations across our two Emergency Departments are approximately 70,000 per annum, encompassing a wide variety of presentations across all age groups and specialties. Our Critical Care Unit comprises a mix of ICU, HDU and CCU beds and provides critical care services for North East Victoria and Southern NSW.

Candidates meeting the following mandatory criteria are encouraged to apply:
• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA;
• Minimum 2 year post registration experience in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing;
• Successful completion of Transition to Speciality Practice program or similar is highly desirable;
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-focused care;
• Ability to provide leadership in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
Salary and conditions of employment will be in accordance with the relevant state nursing awards
