Internship - Back Office

As a Back Office Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional luxury hospitality environment. We are currently looking for interns to join our Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, and Sales teams.

Depending on your area of interest and educational background, you will be assigned to one of these departments and support the team with daily administrative and operational activities. This is an opportunity to develop your professional skills, gain industry experience, and learn from experienced professionals in a luxury hotel environment.

- Human Resources Intern

Durations Internship : January - July 2027 (6 Months)

Primary responsibilities include:

- Assist the assigned department with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Support data entry, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other departmental documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records according to department procedures.
- Support coordination and communication with colleagues and other departments when required.
- Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle departmental information and documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support ongoing departmental projects and assignments.
- Use relevant computer applications and systems to support daily activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Requirements

What you bring:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a relevant field of study.
- Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office or similar applications.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Available for an internship placement according to the hotel's requirements.
