How you´ll help us:

As a Technical Support and Service Engineer, you will

- Manage and support Korean certification and regulatory compliance activities for power conversion equipment, including solar PV inverters, and related accessory products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct on-site visits to customers and installation sites for equipment inspection, installation support, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Analyze the root causes of product or system issues occurring in the field and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, certification documents, technical manuals, and related engineering documents.
- Collaborate closely with internal Quality, Service, Certification, R&D, and other relevant teams to support continuous improvement of product performance, reliability, and quality.
- Conduct technical training and product training sessions for business partners, installers, and power plant operators.

Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify technical issues and respond effectively in field environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, Control Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in power electronics, solar PV inverters, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), or related electrical equipment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and effective communication skills when dealing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Must be eligible and available for international business travel.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with Korean certification, regulatory, and utility requirements, including KS, KC, KEPCO, and related procedures.
- Hands-on experience with solar PV inverters, ESS, power electronics, or related electrical products.
- Holder of relevant professional certifications, such as Engineer Electricity, Engineer Electrical Work, or other related engineering certifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Chinese.
- Experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, or coordinating technical projects.
- Field engineering or technical service experience in the solar PV, power electronics, renewable energy, or electrical equipment industries.
