About this role
Execute operational tasks professionally and prudently, while ensuring compliance with applicable governance requirements, especially in managing all departmental procurement agreements with suppliers and other stakeholders, including ensuring all suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the agreements.
The role leads the development and governance of:
- Procurement Management: Facilitate Requisition Operations, Manage Supplier Relationship, Monitor Performance Metrics.
- Administrative Matters: Budgetary preparedness and utilisation, custodianship, continuous improvement/governance and self-development.
- Academic Qualifications: Basic Degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Material Science), or in any related field.
- Experience: Preferably in the field of currency operations (exchange control matters, cash operations and IT administrative works) or Graduate or possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in related field.
