The role:

We are seeking a passionate and consumer-focused Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Continence Care team in a part-time (0.8 FTE), 6-month fixed-term capacity with potential for extension.

In this role, you will deliver bladder and bowel clinics across community and healthcare settings, providing clinical assessments, education, follow-up care, and ongoing support to consumers while working closely with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in expanding access to community-based continence services, enhancing the consumer experience, and supporting the growth of Continence Care portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

- Deliver bladder and bowel clinics across community, virtual, and face-to-face settings, including consumer assessments and follow-up care.

- Provide evidence-based therapy recommendations, product education, and support optimal clinical outcomes for consumers.

- Deliver continence education programs and training across hospitals, community, and aged care settings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patient organisations, and clinical support.

- Stay informed of market developments, including NDIS and industry trends, to enhance service deliver and consumer outcomes.

- Monitor, capture and report on key activity and performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful:

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

- Continence nursing qualification and/or demonstrated experience in continence nursing role.

- Experience within community, disability, aged care, or healthcare setting highly regarded.

- Strong clinical assessment and education skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Excellent communication and relationship skills with a consumer-centric approach.

- Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing completing priorities across a territory.

- Ability to combine clinical expertise with a commercial mindset while demonstrating Coloplast’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
