About this role
Objective:
Daily Verification of process / product parameters, Continual analysis to improve the product quality, System adherence verification and improve systems which affects/improve product quality and product life.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in analysis for defect reductions and actions accordingly.
- Daily monitoring of process parameters and updating process checks. Periodical Process control docs (WI/PI&CP) verification.
- Follow all QMS procedures and documentation’s related to process engineering.
- Preparing and displaying all necessary technical documents.
- Keep updating of product documentation, regulation, procedures, and other documents of QMS within the department.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy or Automobile engineering
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in technical role in HPDC process in Aluminium Die Casting Industries. (Cylinder Block Experience will be an added advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal Skills with detail and analytical oriented.
