About the role:

The Lounge Server provides exceptional quality and service to Septimo Lounge guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
- Has complete knowledge of food and beverage products and specifications, Clears and resets tables as quickly as possible.
- Operates as a member of a team, helping others and requesting help as needed.  Performs other restaurant duties as requested by management.
- Keep all stations supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
- Makes sure that the guest’s check is completed properly and presented promptly according to std ”  Ensures that change or charge slip is returned to the guest in a timely manner.
- Communicates the needs of the guests to kitchen and management. Informs management of guests’ reactions and comments. Assists management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service.
- Controls the amount of alcohol served, so that guests do not become intoxicated.
- Helps promote a safe and clean environment for co-workers and guests.

What you bring:

- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
- Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
- Must be able to work all shifts including, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum two years fine dining experience.
- Requires oral proficiency in the English Language
