KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify opportunities to improve SMV.
- Apply GSD, thread calculation and create style files.
- Develop automation solutions with the support of engineers and mechanics.
- Preparation of STW and Layout.
- Support to ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering from a recognized university or NDT Diploma/ SLITA/Textile Management.
- Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset with strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
