Our platform is used by some of the most loved brands to drive consistency, training, and operational excellence across hundreds of franchise units. By eliminating manual tasks and improving communication, our platform enables franchisees to focus on delivering great service and scaling with confidence.
The work
You'll design for franchise operations - multi-location brands, franchisee owners, and frontline staff, each needing something different from the same product.
How that design gets built is what makes this role different. We've moved away from Figma mockup-then-handoff. We have a design system that already exists in code, and designers here build their work as running prototypes in the codebase, using AI tools alongside those components. Engineering builds on your prototype rather than starting over from a Figma file.
You do need to be comfortable working in a real codebase to get your design running.
What you'll do
- Design and prototype UI directly in our codebase, using our component library and AI tools - including novel AI native interactions where no pattern exists yet.
- Sit inside a pod (PM + eng lead + you) and take features from concept to shipped, rather than handing off a spec and waiting.
- Own the interaction and motion details - loading and streaming states, transitions, micro-interactions - the polish that's nearly impossible to fully spec in a doc.
- Contribute patterns and components back to the shared design system as you build.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product design, with depth in dense interfaces - tables, forms, permissions, multi role flows.
- Strong product and visual design judgment, shown through one or two case studies on how you approached a hard product problem.
- Comfort building in code rather than engineering skill. You should be able to work inside an existing codebase and design system, assemble real interfaces from existing components, and get to a working prototype.
- The ability to direct AI tools well - prototypes that respect the component system, accessibility, and existing patterns, not one-off generated screens that ignore all three.
- Experience or strong interest in AI native interfaces: streaming output, agentic and human in the loop UX, showing confidence and uncertainty in UI.
- Bonus: public code or a GitHub profile.

- This role is based in Bengaluru, India. We work 3 days a week in the office.
- Reports to head of design.
- Our customers are largely US based franchise brands, so you'll work with US stakeholders and design for a US audience.
