IAM Technical Manager

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery aspect of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) capability. The ideal candidate combines deep, hands-on technical expertise in PAM platforms and their supporting components with strong project delivery discipline, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and the communication skills to manage stakeholders and report progress at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

PAM Project Technical Delivery Ownership: Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Singlife PAM project, overseeing its architecture, technical requirements and delivery, to ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

PAM Component Management: Work with partner and internal teams to design, deploy and optimize core PAM components including connectors,

session managers, vaults, and related integrations, ensuring high availability, performance, and secure connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments.

Scripting s Automation: Develop and maintain scripts to automate PAM-related tasks such as account onboarding, password/credential rotation, reporting, and system health checks, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Troubleshooting s Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve common PAM-related issues, including PID (Privileged Identity/Account) reconciliation errors, connector failures, session recording issues, and access provisioning discrepancies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Business-to-Technical Translation: Partner with business units, application owners, and security teams to gather requirements and translate business

needs into actionable technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.

Project Delivery: Lead and manage end-to-end technical delivery of PAM projects and enhancements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing scope, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Deep, hands-on understanding of leading PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or equivalent), including architecture, deployment, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of PAM-related components such as connectors, session managers, password vaults, and privileged session monitoring/recording tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and system integration purposes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot common PAM issues, including PID reconciliation errors, connector/session manager failures, and access provisioning problems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions and specifications.
- 8 to 10 years of technical project delivery experience, preferably within information security, IAM, or related technology domains.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business units, and senior management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering technical updates, status reports, and presentations.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and risk frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) is an advantage.
