About this role
PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:
- Make sure all trucks are taken to weighbridge before start of the night shift.
- Report any damage on the trucks.
- All Trucks must be completed at weighbridge before the end of the shift.
- Make sure that load is correctly strapped and secured before truck taken to weighbridge.
- Protect load with Taurpolin at all times.
- General housekeeping
- Make sure truck is clean inside and out.
- Make sure trucks are filled with diesel before loading at night and report any expiry date of a license disk of the trucks or Trailers.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Perform Vehicle Inspection before starting of each shift.
- Remove Trailers inside the warehouse in the morning.
- Assist in loading and offloading of Material.
