Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in terminal buildings, high-rise buildings, hospitality, commercial developments or airport infrastructure preferred.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or contract management is preferred.
- 10 to 14 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on terminal building projects.
Domain Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices of infra structure projects, preferred for airport project domain.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Expertise in handling contracts related to construction of terminal building.
Digital & Operational Tools
- Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
- Proficient in advanced MS excel, Power BI and relevant tools.
Leadership Capabilities
- Drive collaboration across departments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.
