## How you create impact

The Operational Key Account Expert plays a critical role in operational excellence, process optimization, and performance management across key accounts. This position analyzes the root causes of performance issues, leads improvement initiatives, and supports internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, service quality, and continuous improvement. Some of the position expectations are the following:

- Oversee operational performance, including system usage, process execution, and service quality.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to operational challenges.
- Develop and lead performance improvement projects across multiple accounts.
- Collaborate with national operations, the company network, KNGS, Sales, and Operational Key Account Management teams to align best practices and service improvements.
- Support operational escalations, helping resolve complex issues and maintain service continuity.
- Provide data-driven insights and performance reports for business reviews and customer discussions.

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two to five years of experience in Air Logistics or Sea Logistics.
- Two to five years of project management experience is preferred.
- Fluent English and local language, plus advanced Portuguese.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex reports, pivot tables, and macros.
- Experience analyzing operational data across Business Intelligence, myKN, KN Login, and KN Desktop.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, SOP management, and Rate Card Agreement compliance.
- Proven ability to design reports and track performance across multiple systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Availability to travel for business purposes, including trainings, workshops, meetings with local operations teams, and customer visits.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Under a Hybrid work model.

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
