General Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned existing accounts to ensure customer retention.

- Work collaboratively with product teams to develop strategies for business expansion from existing customers.

- Represent the company in networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s services and products.

- Reach new- and existing business sales KPIs and budget-guidelines from the company.

Detailed Responsibilities

- New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

- Continuously build up a strong sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) to meet sales growth and KPIs guided from the company.

- Engage in cold calling, networking and logistics events to increase leads and potential sales contacts.

- Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring they receive high-quality service in close collaboration with operations.

- Business Expansion: Analyze assigned existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Work closely with the product teams to tailor offerings to meet the accounts needs and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on business development activities, including sales results, market conditions, and new business opportunities. Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal teams; including marketing, tender, products, branch and The Red Carpet Service team to align on business strategies and goals.

- Actively participate in industry events, seminars, new- and existing customer appointments and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Education & Working Experience

- College’s degree or higher (preferred related to business administration, marketing or a related field).

- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to drive sales growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.

- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business strategies.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- High level of proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.

- Good English verbal, reading and writing communication skills.
