About this role
Job Description:The Feeds QA Specialist safeguards product quality,
safety, and compliancefor animal feed products by implementing the
entire Quality Assurance operations in the assigned feed mill,
distribution hub, warehouse, or other external facilities, including QA
laboratory activities, internal and external audit, customer feedback
management, trade sampling, driving corrective and preventive
actions, etc.. He ensures timely raw material acceptance and
finish goods release in accordance with approved formulations and
physical specifications set by the company and/or customers. The
role safeguards food/feed safety, regulatory compliance, and
customer satisfaction through robust quality systems, data integrity,
and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a registered Chemist to comply with the
regulatory requirement (Chemistry Law)
Must know how to conduct quality control (test and
evaluation) of all ingredients, in-process goods and finished
products; monitors compliance to process standards throughout
the manufacturing process; evaluates the effectiveness of quality
programs and controls to ensure that products are produced,
stored and released according to designed specifications
Must be willing to be assigned in Mariveles, Bataan
