Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities
- Drive and support key regulatory, digital transformation, and digitalisation initiatives across the Institutional Banking Group (IBG).
- Manage the end-to-end DBS GPT Agent Approval Process, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of the HKMA AQV Automation initiative.
- Oversee and execute GDR reporting reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide comprehensive business and operational support for the DigiSign platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Partner with technology teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and defect management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in corporate or institutional banking.
- Strong track record in delivering digital transformation, automation, and regulatory reporting projects.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools, digital signature solutions, and automated verification systems.
- Solid understanding of data reconciliation processes and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
