About this role

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project and operations team.
- Maintain and update employee, project, attendance, and operational records.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, correspondence, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors, clients, and internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, deployment, and manpower movements.
- Support onboarding, mobilization, and documentation of new employees.
- Assist with preparation and submission of timesheets, work confirmations, and other required documents.
- Monitor and follow up on pending documents, approvals, and operational requests.
- Handle data entry and ensure information is accurately updated in relevant systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper filing and document control, both electronically and physically.
- Support procurement and coordination of uniforms, PPE, office supplies, and other project requirements.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action points.
- Coordinate employee and client queries and escalate operational issues to the Supervisor/Project Lead.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and project information.
- Support audits and provide required documentation when requested.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within operations, staffing, logistics, or facilities management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
