Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Execute system ‑ level engineering delivery to meet platform TCP targets
- Own timely closure of engineering deliverables for assigned systems
- Drive system ‑ level target drill ‑ down with CoEs, suppliers and manufacturing
- Ensure on ‑ time, quality release of drawings, CAD and VP with minimal rework
- Close ORCs and engineering decisions within agreed timelines and scope
- Facilitate technical collaboration across Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, STA, Proto Build, Quality and Homologation
- Monitor system ‑ level progress, flag risks or deviations, and enable timely corrective actions
- Document action items and rigorously track closure of agreed actions
- Execute system level trade offs within delegated limits and escalate deviations to PEH
