Service Operations & Technology (SO&T) is the organization within the Volvo Group that secures and develops the service operations and technical solutions our customers depend on, every day, across the globe, for all brands of the Group. We sit at the heart of the Volvo Group’s service ambition, enabling uptime, trust, profitability, and sustainable growth for customers across the globe.

OUR REGION
The Lyon & International (L&I) region is operating in Lyon with the Renault Trucks Central Warehouse; in the Middle East, with two Regional Distribution Centers located in Dubai and Istanbul; in Africa with three Regional Distributions Centers located in Algiers, Casablanca and Johannesburg and in Asia-Pacific with six Regional Distribution Centers located in Bangalore, Singapore, Shanghai, Seoul, Balikpapan, Sydney. We support all truck brands, VCE and Penta. The multiple flows to deliver parts are monitored and optimized by Supply Planning, Dealer Inventory Management, Transport, Service Center and projects functions, operating all over the region. We are 800 persons, committed to Delivering Excellence and actively promoting safety, diversity, continuous improvement, collaboration, people development and sustainability.
THE POSITION
The export coordinator intern will coordinate with other Volvo distribution centers globally in terms of export order, transport arrangement and tracking, discrepancy handling. Support on the data analysis and visualization for export markets. And assist and contribute to CS&TS team digital activities and daily operation.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with other RDCs for export orders
- Coordinate with teams to have E2E view on export order status
- Support on creating export market dashboard to get the overview on export business
- Support on analysis of the supply chain setup for export market
- Assist in CS&TS digitalization activities
- The job includes contacts with carriers and stakeholders. Our stakeholders are AB Volvo global distribution centers, Volvo business companies and dealers.

QUALIFICATION
- Major in International Trade / Supply Chain Management/ Business Analytics or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good data analysis and digitalization ability
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate or other digital solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience/projects related to data analytics, visualization, or process automation will be an added benefit.
