Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate AWS Cloud Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Cloud infrastructure, SRE Practices, automation, and containerized technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of AWS Cloud, Hybrid Cloud environments, CI/CD methodologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Linux administration, monitoring, and Kubernetes-based workloads.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

- Provision, configure, and manage AWS cloud environments.
- Design and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure using AWS best practices.
- Support Hybrid Cloud connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments.
- Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

Requirements

Technical Skills

- AWS Cloud: EC2, ASG, VPC, NLB/ELB, S3, IAM, Control Tower, EKS, ECS, EFS, EBS, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, SES, and other AWS native services.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Argo CD, Helm, and ECS.
- Operating Systems: RHEL, Amazon Linux, Rocky Linux, and Windows Server administration including patching, hardening, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Configuration Management: Ansible and Puppet for automation and configuration management.
- CI/CD & SRE : Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins; understanding of SRE Practices.
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, logging, alerting, and observability practices.
- Scripting & Automation: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Go (preferred), and YAML.
- Networking & Security: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Routing, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls, IAM, Security Groups, and cloud security fundamentals.

Preferred Certifications

- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate

Good to Have

- GitLab administration experience.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing Practices.
- Exposure to Service Mesh technologies.
- Multi-account AWS environments using Control Tower.
- FinOps and Cost Optimization knowledge.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments.
- Security and Compliance framework exposure.
