The Role

CMS Engineering is seeking aSite Manager, HVAC to join our Perth team.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced HVAC Site Manager or Senior Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys leading site operations on large-scale mechanical services projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, program, and client requirements.

Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in driving project success through effective site coordination, safety leadership, quality control, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing all aspects of site operations across assigned HVAC construction projects

- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with WHS legislation, company procedures, and site-specific safety requirements

- Leading site safety activities including inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting processes

- Coordinating site logistics, planning, and day-to-day project execution

- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour resources

- Working closely with Project Managers to support project scheduling, programming, and delivery outcomes

- Monitoring project progress and reporting on site performance against project milestones

- Assisting with procurement and coordination of equipment, materials, and subcontractor services

- Building strong working relationships with builders, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other trades

- Maintaining quality assurance processes and conducting site inspections to ensure installations meet project requirements

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and site efficiency

Your Skills, Experience & Attributes

- Minimum 5 years' experience within the HVAC construction industry

- Trade qualification within Mechanical Services, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, or a related discipline

- Strong understanding of construction site operations, safety requirements, and project delivery processes

- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics effectively

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

- Experience working on Tier 1 or large-scale commercial construction projects highly regarded

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications

- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with project teams

- Full working rights in Australia – essential

- Current Driver's Licence – essential
