- 4 to 8 years of experience in manual testing of desktop and web-based applications.
- Expertise in test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test documentation.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as ALM and Rally .
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) , and various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing .
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Domain knowledge in healthcare or prior experience with healthcare-related applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of test automation using Squish .
- Proficient in Python automation scripting.
- Basic knowledge of Jama, DOORS, and similar requirements management tools .
