Evening Shift - 2pm - 11.30pm or 2.30pm - 12pm.

£5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - paid in full on successful completion of your probation period

We're looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair, painting and prepping motor vehicles to the high standards our customers expect.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Ensuring customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types
- Carrying out all work in a safe and economical manner
- Observing, recognising and reporting on vehicle structure and paintwork
- Interpreting and implementing technical instruction data
- Accurately using paint mixing schemes and drying areas and equipment
- Making sure vehicles meet safety standards before they're returned to customers, or reporting and noting any faults on the job card
- Achieving manufacturer and/or estimated repair and paint times
- Reporting all faults and defects noticed while working on vehicles

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- ATA or NVQ Level 3
- Good communication skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Good Health and Safety knowledge and awareness
- Good time management skills
- Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician
