Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Marketing Program Manager, where you will play a key role in driving strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across priority enterprise accounts worldwide. Reporting to the Solutions and Services Brand and Performance Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and GEO teams to deliver impactful customer engagement programs, strengthen stakeholder relationships, accelerate pipeline growth, and support account expansion. What You Will Do:
Account Strategy & Sales Alignment
- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Marketing, GEO teams, and strategic account stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistent execution across priority global and regional accounts.
- Support the delivery of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs by managing account activations, sales nominations, engagement plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and maintain account-specific playbooks, stakeholder maps, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement resources that help sales teams engage target accounts effectively.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, track account priorities, risks, actions, and feedback, and support strategic sales motions such as Land & Expand initiatives and account growth programs.
Marketing Impact & Customer Engagement
- Execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across priority accounts, including digital campaigns, content syndication, webinars, executive engagement, events, and personalized account-based experiences.
- Monitor customer engagement signals, stakeholder activity, content consumption trends, and account interactions, using insights and market intelligence to strengthen engagement strategies and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with agencies, marketing teams, and GEO stakeholders to activate targeted and localized programs, increase stakeholder penetration, generate meetings, and expand customer engagement opportunities.
Business Impact & Pipeline Acceleration
- Support pipeline acceleration across strategic accounts by tracking engagement-to-opportunity progression, maintaining performance dashboards, delivering business insights and executive reporting, and helping measure marketing's contribution to pipeline growth, account expansion, and revenue outcomes.
What You Will Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), account management, sales operations, program management, or a related commercial function.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and working closely with sales teams to drive account growth, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global, regional, and cross-functional teams in a matrixed business environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, intent-data solutions, and ABM platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage audiences at different levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, drive execution independently, and maintain attention to detail while delivering high-quality results.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 22,700–33,220 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
