KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in inventory receiving, storage, stock maintenance, system updates and basic warehouse operations while ensuring accurate record keeping and timely data reporting.
- Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records, databases and operational systems.
- Support data collection, analysis and preparation of reports and presentations for business decision-making.
- Assist in monitoring data accuracy and ensuring timely updates within relevant systems.
- Provide support in system handling, documentation and process-related administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operational and analytical requirements.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Undergraduate or holder of a Degree in Physical Science, Management, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, inventory management and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good IT literacy with the ability to learn and operate business systems and applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
