KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in research and development activities related to textiles, materials, chemicals, or product innovation projects.
- Support data collection, data analysis, and interpretation of results to aid research objectives.
- Assist in conducting experiments, testing activities and recording observations accurately.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and research records in a timely manner.
- Support product development initiatives by coordinating sample evaluations, compiling findings, and assisting the technical team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Undergraduate or holder of a Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
- Basic understanding of research methodologies, laboratory testing and product development processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
