KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in pattern making activities and support the development of garment patterns as required.
- Support customer fit evaluations by understanding and applying basic customer fitting requirements and standards.
- Follow up on sample room processes and coordinate with sewing technicians to ensure timely sample development.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch details and supporting documentation when sending sample packages to customers.
- Assist in maintaining technical records, reports and related documentation to support day-to-day operations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Undergraduate or holder of a Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, NDT or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of pattern making, garment construction and customer fitting requirements.
- Knowledge of Gerber or similar pattern-making software will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
