Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Intimates as an Intern ‐ Technical based at Bodyline, Horana to ensure designing of a product that delivers customer satisfaction, profitability and a smooth production flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in preparing and maintaining technical scorecards, reports and performance-related documentation.
- Support project tracking activities and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in gathering, validating and analyzing data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-specific technical tools, systems and processes used within the department.
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and operational support.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Undergraduate or holder of a Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, NDT or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes and systems.
