## Why This Role Matters
KwikAds is building an AI-powered creative engine to help brands generate and scale performance content faster. As a Content Strategist, you will help build and scale the AI content generation vertical by combining strong creative judgement with excellent process execution. You’ll work closely with brands and content creators to ensure a high-volume pipeline of diverse, high-quality creatives that are built for performance on Meta.

What You’ll Own
- Own the end-to-end content pipeline across brands, ensuring high-volume, on-time creative production.
- Develop and review content concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative formats for Meta.
- Provide structured feedback on WIP content and maintain a high bar for creative quality.
- Manage content creators, timelines, reviews, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Translate client expectations into clear creative briefs and actionable deliverables.
- Use performance learnings and emerging creative trends to continuously improve content output.

Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in content strategy/execution, preferably from a D2C, eCommerce, or consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of hooks, creative patterns, virality, content diversity, and Meta performance creatives.
- Experience working in a high-volume creative environment with multiple creatives being developed and shipped simultaneously.
- Strong creative judgement — you can identify what works, what doesn’t, and clearly articulate why.
- Highly process-oriented with strong project and pipeline management skills.
- Hands-on experience with script writing, creator management, content reviews, and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable managing client expectations and translating business objectives into effective content.
