About the Role and Why It's Special â¨
At Innovamat in Spain, our teams are stable and our structure has matured. We keep raising the bar on how we operate â professionalizing our processes and helping our managers grow into stronger leaders. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of people, leadership, and business strategy. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape how we organize, develop, and support our teams, translating business priorities into a stronger, more autonomous management culture.
