About the Team
Join us at the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade , where we are building a modern, collaborative, and forward‑looking team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Finance Controller who wants to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.
In this position, you will work in an international environment, support strategic financial decisions, and help us elevate reporting and controlling standards across the organization. What you can look forward to as Finance Controller:
- SAP controlling module support for ZF plants worldwide located,
- Responsibility for month-end closing processes in SAP,
- Accountable for automatic job controls and calculations runs,
- Creation and support of SAP planning and implementation,
- Check and maintenance of SAP master data.
Your profile as Finance Controller:
- University degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Management or another relevant,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
- Good knowledge of SAP R/3 CO/FI/PS (S/4 is a plus),
- Experience in similar role, in an international environment, preferably in automotive industry,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian; additional languages as a plus.
