MosChip is a semiconductor and embedded system design company with a focus on Embedded, Turnkey ASICs, Mixed Signal IP, Semiconductor & Product Engineering and IoT solutions catering to Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Medical and Networking & Telecommunications.
- Evaluate the experience, skills, billing potential, and commercial viability of contract employee candidates before onboarding.
- Review contractor costs against expected customer revenue and required project margins.
- Track the revenue, cost, utilization, and profitability of each contract employee.
- Monitor billable and non-billable contract resources and highlight underutilized or loss-making positions.
- Coordinate with, HR, Sales, and Finance teams for resource deployment, billing, and cost control.
- Validate vendor invoices, attendance, timesheets, agreed rates, and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Accounting of Vendor invoices
- Review staffing vendor commercials and support rate negotiations and contract renewals.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering contractor headcount, revenue, cost, utilization, and gross margin.
- Recommend continuation, redeployment, replacement, or exit of contract employees based on commercial viability.
- Ensure contractor engagements remain within approved budgets, commercial terms, and internal controls.
Education Requirements: CA (Inter), MBA (Finance) Experience: 4 to 8 Years Location: Hyderabad Shift: General Work Week: Monday to Friday
