Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: The "Search Expert." This specialist manages the execution and optimization of EU Paid Search campaigns in close collaboration with agency partners.
Capture high-intent demand efficiently by managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and steering agency execution.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

- In-House Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the dedicated in-house search specialist, working on a day-to-day basis with external SEA agencies to direct account setups, audit performance, and challenge bidding strategies.

- Account Management: Manage daily setup, optimization, and scaling of global Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.

- Campaign Optimization: Structure, monitor, and optimize Performance Max (PMax), Google Shopping feeds, and Search campaigns.

- Keyword Strategy: Perform continuous keyword research, bid management, and negative keyword updates.

- Data Feed Optimization: Optimize product data feeds for Google Shopping and PMax asset groups.

- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, search extensions, and landing pages.

- Performance Tracking: Track search performance metrics and address funnel drop-offs or competitive pricing pressures.

- Campaign Support: Support product launch campaigns with targeted search capture and remarketing setups.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with SEO/GEO to harmonize paid and organic search coverage.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in paid search marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and performance analytics.

- Experience working closely with or challenging external search marketing agencies daily.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.700 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment . We will be happy to discuss details in person.
