Purpose of The Role:
Plan, control, and oversee clients' inventory management activities to maintain high inventory accuracy and service excellence. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and a superior customer experience in accordance with industry standards and Ministry of Health requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day inventory operations by working closely with clients, warehouse teams, principals, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of operational activities.
- Oversee inventory control activities, including stock takes, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations, to maintain high inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Coordinate customer order fulfillment and inbound shipment activities, providing timely updates and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure seamless order management and stock availability.
- Manage inbound inventory processes by raising Purchase Orders and Inbound Delivery documents, ensuring products are accurately received, recorded, and stored in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including company SOPs, ISO, GSDP, GDP, GDPMD, GMP, Code of Conduct, 5S, and EHS requirements.
- Monitor and execute inventory-related transactions and reporting, including expiry stock write-offs, product quality holds, product recalls, branch transfers, and SAP transactions, while preparing accurate and timely reports for clients and management.
