- Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project priorities, scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Establish and manage project timeline , resource allocation, vendors, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes by implementing best practices and methodologies using waterfall or agile
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Maintain project artifacts from initiating to post implementation phase
