Car Detailing Supervisor

We’re looking for a Car Detailing Supervisor to lead vehicle preparation and quality control at ALBA CARS. You’ll organise the detailing team’s daily work, inspect completed vehicles, and make sure every car is ready for showroom display or customer handover on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and assign daily detailing work based on vehicle priorities and handover deadlines.
- Supervise interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and final vehicle preparation.
- Inspect completed vehicles and arrange any necessary rework before sign-off.
- Identify and report vehicle damage or condition concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the After Sales, Workshop, Operations, and Sales teams to keep preparation on schedule.
- Train and guide detailers on techniques, safe product use, and vehicle presentation standards.
- Monitor detailing supplies and equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Keep clear records of completed work and outstanding tasks.

Requirements

- Proven automotive detailing experience, including experience leading or supervising a team.
- Good knowledge of vehicle interiors, paintwork, detailing products, and safe cleaning methods.
- A strong eye for detail and a consistent approach to quality control.
- Ability to organise several vehicles and deadlines at once.
- Clear communication skills and a practical approach to solving problems.

Salary & Benefits

- AED 5,500–6,000 per month, depending on experience

Work Arrangement

- Type: Full-time, on-site position
- Location: Dubai, UAE

Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the UAE.
